This Returns and Exchange policy is applicable to items purchased online at You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return the product. Returns will not be accepted at retail stores in Singapore.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a sales invoice or proof of purchase. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and refund will not be processed.

For orders outside of Singapore, please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for returns.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, so we guarantee your satisfaction with every product, every time. Every product will be delivered to your home within the manufacturer's recommended best by date. We strive to ensure products delivered to you have a shelf life of 6 months or longer unless you have purchased specified short expiry products listed on Note for perishable items such as flax oils, food bars, and certain probiotics generally have shorter expiration dates.

However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, contact us right away and we will assist you the best we can.

Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Kindly note that refunds would take up to 14 working days to be processed, subjected to your credit card’s billing cycle.
