This Returns and Exchange policy is applicable to items purchased online at gnc.com.sg. You will have 7 days from the date of receipt to exchange or return the product. Returns will not be accepted at retail stores in Singapore.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with a sales invoice or proof of purchase. A final inspection will be done to ensure that it is in its original condition, followed by processing your refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and refund will not be processed.
For orders outside of Singapore, please note that you will have to bear the shipping cost for returns.
We take great pride in the quality of our products, so we guarantee your satisfaction with every product, every time. Every product will be delivered to your home within the manufacturer's recommended best by date. We strive to ensure products delivered to you have a shelf life of 6 months or longer unless you have purchased specified short expiry products listed on gnc.com.sg. Note for perishable items such as flax oils, food bars, and certain probiotics generally have shorter expiration dates.
However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with any item in your order, contact us right away and we will assist you the best we can.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be issued through an e-gift certificate. Kindly note that refunds would take up to 3 working days to be processed.
Please note that GNC, e-Gift certificate, Gift Cards and VIP Memberships are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Our exchange policy is only applicable to wrong item(s) sent or defective item(s) received in your online order within 7 days from receiving your order.
Please note that an exchange is subjected to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, refunding via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of gnc.com.sg.

Cancellation of orders is possible if your order status currently under processing and packing. We regret to mention that cancellation will not be allowed after your order has been shipped.
