- Helps with memory!
I remember many years ago, when I was still an uni student, I went to GNC store asking for supplements which can help with memory, as I was very stressed over exams that time. That's when I started taking fish oil. Heehee. My uni grades were consistently quite good. I guess fish oil had contributed part of it :p
I continued taking it as and when i remember because I know it helps for heart and eyes. And during my pregnancy days, fish oil has become an essential as it is good for the fetus due to the DHA content.
To me, it has just become a daily supplement and I believe it benefits my body in some ways.
