Select & Add products into Cart

Payment Process

Log In

Log in to purchase GNC products online.

To log in, click “Log In” link located at the top red navigation bar.

If you have already logged in, you should see your user name on the top navigation bar and you can proceed to shop.

Find Products

	Products are categorized under the Product Categories, located on the left of the website.

	OR

	If you are looking for a particular product, type the product name under Product Search and click “search”.

Select & Add products into your Shopping Cart

	Click on any categories on the left of the website.

	You will be directed to a Product Thumbnail page where all products under the category are displayed. Click “Find out more” to view product details.


	To add product to your Shopping Cart, click “Buy Now”. You will proceed to either Step 3d or Step 3e.

	If you are directed to the Log In page,
	-	Log In (if you have not logged into your account)
	-	Create an Online Account (if you do not have an account).
	To know more about how to create an account, check the "Create an Online Account" section.

	Shopping Cart (if you have logged in) You will see the items that you have added into the shopping cart. Items can be removed or edited at this stage. Click “Back to More Shopping”, if you want to add more products. Click “Checkout” to process payment. (Please refer to Payment Process)

Payment Process

After you click on “Checkout” in the shopping cart page, you will proceed to Billing and Shipping Info page.

	Billing & Shipping info (if you have logged in). Under Billing & Shipping info, complete all necessary information and click "Proceed to Checkout”.

	Order Review & Payment Review your order details and edit information if necessary. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed to payment.

	Paypal Checkout Paypal website appears in a new pop-up window. Log in using your paypal account to confirm payment details and click “Pay Now”. Create a paypal account if you do not have an existing account.

	A Thank You page appears and we have successfully received your order!


	Shopping online at GNC Singapore is as easy as it gets! All you have to do is to create an online account and start shopping immediately!

Existing GNC VIP Members

For Non-VIP Members

Existing GNC VIP Members


	IMPORTANT: If you have already created a non-VIP online account but did not make any purchase the last time you visited our online store, you need not create another online account again to enjoy your privileges. Simply log in and click on “Update Profile”. In the Update Profile page, enter your GNC VIP membership no. under “Are you a GNC VIP?” section. Click “Update Profile”. You will now enjoy VIP privileges upon logging in.

To create an online account, please click on “My Online Account“ link at the top red navigation bar.
You will be taken to My Online Account page.

At My Online Account page, click on “Create an Account”.

The next page that you see is “Create an Online Account“.

Under “Are You an existing GNC VIP?”, fill in your GNC VIP Card no. and click “Create An Account”.

You will be brought to the next page to enter your account information.

Please complete all necessary
information at this page and click on “Create an Account”.

*Please remember your email address and password as you will need them to log in.

You are brought to Account Home page, where you can check your VIP Card expiry, bonus $ and track your orders.

You have successfully created an online account! You will enjoy VIP privileges upon logging in.

Non-VIP Members

To create an online account, please click on “My Online Account“ link at the top red navigation bar.

At My Online Account page, click on “Create an Account“.

You can now see Create an Online Account page, click “Not a GNC VIP” on the right.

You will be brought to the next page to enter your account information.

Please complete all necessary information at this page and click on “Create an Account”.

*Please remember your email address and password as you will need them to log in.

You are brought to Account Home page, where you can track your orders.

You have successfully created an online account and can start shopping now.
